*Directory Only: OCAB is a directory/hosting service. Transactions are strictly between the buyer and the seller.

*No Chasing Payments: OCAB is not responsible for chasing buyers for cash, following up on orders, or managing your debt. If a buyer doesn't pay, that is between you and them. (make sure to get payment or deposit first)

Liability: OCAB is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items sold by listed businesses.

Content & Promo Rights: You confirm you own the rights to all photos provided. By joining, you agree that I can use your logo and images for your shop "window," the main site, and promotional materials (like our FB page, physical flyers, and your custom NFC keyring).Note: If you prefer your logo NOT to be used on promotional stuff outside of the website, please let me know clearly in ALL CAPS via message or email.

No Refunds: Listing fees cover the build and hosting and are non-refundable once the page is live.
